Mick’s path into staffing was rooted in experience. After beginning his career with Vail Resorts, he joined the family business in 2011. When Doherty Staffing Solutions acquired Dahl Consulting in 2017, Mick stepped into a broader leadership role, helping guide growth across both organizations. “When my role shifted into recruiting after graduation, it became clear I was already aligned with what we did as a family,” he shared. Since then, Mick has played a key role in driving innovation, growth, and operational discipline, while helping position Dahl Consulting at the forefront of workforce trends.
