This year’s list includes over 150 top firms that identify as being under diversity ownership. SIA publishes the Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms list annually with the intention of helping open doors for companies and continually raise awareness for the changes needed to advance more diverse and inclusive workplaces.

Among firms on the 2021 list, 89 reported they are women-owned, and 81 cited Asian Indian, Asian Pacific, Black, Hispanic, Native American and/or LGBTQ ownership, with seven firms citing veteran ownership. Firms on the list range from specialized, niche providers to larger scale global organizations, with representation across key staffing segments, including engineering, healthcare, IT, industrial, life sciences, marketing/creative and office/clerical, and encompassing a wide span of services and solutions.
