We also work with candidates of all skill levels to offer them employment opportunities that fit their talents and earning needs. At Doherty, our people power these essential relationships and act as the connecting element between companies and candidates, fueling our economy and our purpose in this world.
Over the last 45 years, our company has appreciated the opportunity to connect hundreds of thousands of people with hundreds of companies seeking talent in thousands of communities across the United States. With the challenges of recent years, our mission felt even more essential, and we wanted to find a way to make an even bigger impact on those most in need. That’s why our company joined with the Doherty Family Foundation to coordinate a donation of $35,000 to the following five charities: Special Olympics, Loaves & Fishes, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Gary Sinise Foundation, and the Animal Humane Society.
We’re delighted to share that we completed these donations right in time for the holidays, where this monetary gift can make a difference for these amazing organizations. The tremendous feedback we received from this initiative was truly heartwarming. We had so many kind comments from internal employees, contract talent, and our client contacts. It warmed our hearts reading all of them together as a family… thank you!
