Navigating Minnesota’s Earned Sick & Safe Time (ESST) Legislation in 2024: Webinar & Resources

As we approach the new year, significant changes are on the horizon regarding Minnesota’s new earned sick and safe time (ESST) legislation. Employment experts from Doherty Staffing Solutions and Dahl Consulting hosted a webinar on December 13, 2023, to provide information and resources to help employers, HR personnel, and hiring professionals navigate the new legislation regarding ESST that will be in effect on January 1, 2024.

Minnesota’s ESST law will require employers to provide paid sick and safe leave for employees who work 80+ hours in the state. The current sick and safe time laws will remain in place until December 31, 2023, and can be viewed here.
