On July 13, 2023, DAHL MSP and Medica held a joint presentation on Medica’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Commitment and DAHL’s Staffing Partner Alignment. This meeting took place on-site at Medica but was also virtually available. Approximately 45 Staffing partners attended, which presented an excellent opportunity to learn, grow, and connect. Ann Mallory, DAHL’s Director of MSP Field Operations, and Jennifer Schulz, DAHL’s Senior Program Manager, had the pleasure of presenting with Alex Tittle, Medica’s Senior Director of DEI, and Rich Buckley, Medica’s Director of Talent Acquisition.
The purpose of the presentation was to provide an opportunity for Medica, DAHL MSP, and Staffing partners to come together and hear from Medica directly, to learn more about Medica’s commitment to DEI, and to consider how to be more intentional in diverse candidate sourcing efforts.
“We were very excited to create an interactive experience to share the progress Medica has made, and how we (DAHL MSP and our Staffing partners) can come together to start making a significant impact that prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion,” Schulz shared about the collaboration.
Following the presentation, guests were eager to ask questions, share ideas, and gather additional information on the topic.
