Client Services Team
Each of our clients has a group of Dahl Team Members that assist with their needs and requirements. An Account Manager handles the daily activities surrounding each client and is a main point of contact. The Account Manager works with other Dahl Team Members in Recruiting, Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable to ensure best processes and solutions for each of our customers and consultants. All of our Dahl Team members get to know the Policy and Procedures of each of our clients.
Finance Team
Our Finance Department is headed by our Corporate Controller. The Controller works with Account Analysts to process Payroll and Invoicing for our Consultants and Clients. Local, State and Federal Taxes are handled through our Finance Team as well as the Corporate Financials, Forecasts and Reporting. The Controller also handles our Banking Relationships and other 3rd party partnerships.
Recruiting Team
Our Recruiting Team works on sourcing candidates for two types of customer requirements, Contract and Permanent staff. Each Senior Recruiter has excellent skills in working within the client requirements and knowing our clients culture and characteristics. When working with applicants, our Recruiters tell the story they have learned of our client's environment, to ensure the dynamics fit, for a successful placement and long term relationship. Our Team has extensive background in Recruiting, Staffing and Human Capital Management.
Human Resource Team
Our Human Resources Department consists of many people with diverse backgrounds in Employee Hiring, Benefits and Relations. Our Office Manager is also part of the Human Resources Team and handles the Dahl Benefit Administration with our 3rd Party Partners as well as Corporate and Consultant staff needs, recognition, events. The Office Manager also heads our procurement of contracts, leases and supplies.
Management Team
Dahl is a Certified Women Owned Business and is managed by its Owner and Chief Executive Officer. Each of its business services is lead by Individuals who have vast experience in those areas. Dahl believes in empowering people to make good decisions for the benefit of its clients and consultants. All Dahl Team Members assist in decisions and help guide the management of the Company.
